Over 35 years of working experience in Bangladesh Air Force and had been engaged in Aviation, Security, Joint Planning, Teaching/Instructional Jobs, Administration, Organizational Restructuring and Management assignments for exercising leadership abilities. I had been also working in Public Service-oriented Organizations, Business entrepreneur, United Nations and International Training Organizations. I have attended various Trainings/seminars/symposiums/ workshops both in home and abroad. With these wide experiences I have retired from Bangladesh Air Force in the rank of Air Commodore on 30 September 2019. At present, I am working as Controller of Examination in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aeronautical and Aviation University since 01 December 2019. I would like to contribute in the field of professional environment in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University transforming my quality and experiences into the development of Academic curriculum.

Awards:
1. Achieved the Chief of Air Staff’s Commendation for high standard performance in deploying pioneer contingent under the United Missions in DR Congo in 2004. 2. Achieved United Nations Medal in 2004, 2009 and 2016 for performing duties successfully in peace keeping operation missions in DR Congo and Mali. 3. Achieved appreciation letter from the United Nation’s Air Operations authority for high standard performance in establishing and managing the Airfield Services unit at DR Congo in 2003-04. 4. Received appreciation for participating in ‘Exercise Balance Buffelo 93-1’ (Disaster Management) and ‘Exercise Balance Buffelo 93-2’ (Relief Distribution) with Special Forces Group of USA in 1993. 5. Received appreciation for participating in 10 days long Field Training Exercises with 19th Special Forces Group of US Air Force in April 1993 and has been awarded diploma on Air Support Operation. 6. Awarded with ‘psc’ symbol after successful completion of Defence Services Command and Staff College course in 2001. 7. Awarded with ‘psc’ symbol from Royal Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College after successful completion of Armed Forces Staff College course in 2005. 8. Awarded with ‘ndc’ symbol after successful completion of National Defence College Course from New Delhi, India in 2014. 9. Received ‘Biman Parodorshita Padak’ (BPP), an outstanding contribution in development of Bangladesh Air Force.
