Faculty of Aerospace Management and Entrepreneurship In Aviation Operations Management
I joined Bangladesh Air Force in 1993 as flight cadet. After successful completion of Academic and flying training, I was commissioned on 22 Nov 1995 in GD(P) branch. I am an aviation professional and logged more than 1800 flying hours in different fighter and fixed-wing aircraft. In my professional career, I did several courses at home and abroad. I am a category ‘A’ Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), and also an Aircraft Accident Investigator. I served as Flying Instructor at, BAF Academy and Flying Instructors School. I commanded a number of flying Sqn, SAM Unit and different Wings. I served in United Nations Mission as Staff Officer Air Operation in ONUCI, Ivory Coast. I also served as G5 (Air Op) MONUSCO in Ituri Brigade, Bunia. At Air HQ, I served as Deputy Director of Plans where I looked after all Major Procurement, Master Plan and TO&E of BAF. I did my Staff College from DSCSC, Mirpur and War Course from Air War College, Pakistan. I am also qualified in Electronic Warfare. Additionally, I did Senior Staff Course from BPATC, Savar. For professional Excellence, I received BUP and three COAS Commendations. Presently I am deputed from Bangladesh Air force to BSMRAAU.
